Terms of sale

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of credits used to run analyses on Typique, operated by Cartable Solutions SAS. They apply to every order placed through the Service. By placing an order, you accept these Terms of Sale.

1. Products

We sell credits. One credit entitles you to one analysis (the cost of each action is indicated in the Service). Credits are sold in packs; the packs available, the number of credits they contain and their prices are displayed on the purchase page within the Service.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€). Applicable taxes are indicated at the latest before you confirm your order. We may change our prices at any time, but orders are billed at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

3. Placing an order

To purchase credits you must have an account and select a credit pack. The order is confirmed once payment is validated. Before confirming, you are able to review the pack, the price and the total amount. Confirming the order implies an obligation to pay.

4. Payment

Payment is made online at the time of the order through our third-party payment processor. Your payment-card details are entered directly with that processor and are never received or stored by us. Your order is processed once payment is successfully authorised.

5. Delivery of credits

Credits are delivered electronically and are added to your account immediately after payment is confirmed. No physical product is shipped.

6. Validity of credits

Credits are usable within the Service for as long as your account is open. Credits have no monetary value outside the Service, cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable between accounts.

7. Right of withdrawal and its waiver

As a consumer, you normally have a period of 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract, without giving any reason (Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code).

However, our service consists of digital content and a service that is performed immediately. By purchasing credits and asking to use them before the end of the 14-day period, you expressly request that performance begins immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, and, for any credits already used, to the extent of that use (Articles L.221-28, 1° and 13° of the French Consumer Code).

Where credits remain entirely unused and the 14-day period has not expired, you may still exercise your right of withdrawal and obtain a refund of those unused credits by contacting us at contact@typique.net.

8. Refunds

Any refund due is made using the same means of payment used for the order, without undue delay. Beyond the statutory right of withdrawal described above, credits already used are non-refundable. This does not affect your legal guarantees as a consumer.

9. Nature of the service

Analyses produce an automated, probabilistic estimate and do not constitute proof. The purchase of credits gives access to the analysis service; it is not a guarantee of any particular result. Please refer to our Terms of use for details.

10. Invoicing

An invoice or receipt is made available to you for each order. Please keep it; it serves as proof of purchase.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. In case of a dispute, you may first contact us to seek an amicable solution. The European Commission also provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
